Walk through the completed work together and receive your reference guide so you know how to use your setup.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

What you provide.

Your current CRM, source data and lead sources, plus the way you follow up and what needs attention. You provide approved branding, permission to transfer data and authorized access through the relevant platforms.

For Signature, we also need approved website copy and photos, contact details, domain access and your CRM or mailing-list platform. You confirm MLS eligibility and IDX vendor requirements.

COSTS, COMPATIBILITY & OWNERSHIP

Know what’s included.

  • Prices are one-time project fees. Domain, hosting, CRM, IDX and other third-party fees are separate.
  • Migration covers supported data. We confirm the source, fields, transfer scope and platform compatibility before work.
  • IDX integration requires MLS and vendor approval.
  • Newsletter signup setup is included in Signature; ongoing newsletter content and sending are not.
  • Custom deliverables are yours after final payment, excluding third-party software, data and licenses.
  • Ongoing maintenance and work beyond the agreed package scope are quoted separately.
