Milne Solutions started inside the trenches. After working hands-on inside Follow Up Boss for a real estate agent, I saw the same pattern over and over: great agents losing leads, missing follow-up, and patching it all together with sticky notes and willpower.

I built Milne Solutions around a simple idea. Agents shouldn't have to rely on memory to manage leads, tasks, email follow-up, and client nurture. The CRM should carry that weight.

My focus is practical systems, simple automation, and cleaner follow-up paths that help agents stay consistent without adding more busywork.
